Reports that are Ready-to-Use

These reports analyse requests, service levels or SLA performance against the most useful and relevant groups or subcategories in just a few clicks.  Graphs and tables are prepared for you in real time You will be able to see what is happening with the minimum amount of effort. Custom Fields

You may want to present more or less options to users depending on their role, seniority, department or some special characteristic. With Service Desk you can manage these differences by creating groups of users and then customise their access. You will have the ability to:

  • Control approval levels by restricting approvals based upon level of authority.

The Dashboard

Service Desk Dashboard collects information in charts about the active requests in Service Desk providing a quick overview of the status of your work. Information can be in various groupings such help desk, status, priority, category and be viewed in over 4 types of charts.

Different Views

Service Desk allows the creation of your own custom views of the requests deck.  You can see the information you want in a single click.  It's ideal for quickly filtering the order of requests in different ways without the need for a full report.


Automatically authenticate users against one or more LDAP servers (Active Directory controller). Users are configured in the system and assigned to groups, roles and permissions.

Email Templates

Emails that the system generates are also completely customisable in plain text format or HTML.  Just include the text,  formatting and images you required and the system will populate the blanks with the variables you select.

Your Brand

Make Service Desk an integral part of your organisation by adding your own Company Branding. You can customise the login screen, the welcome message and include your logo and company name in the toolbars so it feels like home.

Choose between English, Spanish or Portuguese to set the language of the interface displayed to agents and users. The system also supports Unicode characters so you can create text in any language you like. Further language support will be available.
